sampeek14 Hi wanted to send you a quick response, but I noticed a review you left on someone’s Poshmark. And you purchased Apple Air EarPods and left a review. Let me know if you, because I did as well from the same Poshmark seller. Welp the Apple AirPods are not authentic.

tshadley18 @sampeek14 yeah after using them these past days they don’t work like the Apple AirPods Pro. My husband has a pair that we got at the Apple store and he can use Siri with them and the ones I got you can’t.

sampeek14 @tshadley18 yes! I did the same, I thought the different serial number was weird on the Bluetooth setting because it was different then what it says on the AirPod case, then I confirmed with Apple that they are counterfeit and got with Poshmark and gave them the specs as to why it was counterfeit and they gave me my money back. But I wanted to reach out to others that bought them and let them know too.

tshadley18 @sampeek14 I have contacted support but not sure what they can do with it since I have already accepted the delivery. But did state that the seller is continue to sell these as “Apple” products which I believe should be shut down.

sampeek14 @tshadley18 it’s fine I did the same, i accepted it and then 5 days later i noticed the serial number and how it wasn’t working well. they will just need photos for proof, and they were very quick and responsive once I gave them the screen shot of my Bluetooth setting on my phone that showed a different serial number then what the inside of the pod case showed.
