fashionistareem @trinhie03 hello. I am so absolutely embarrassed and this has never happened. I have been looking for your coat to ship all day. Finally my father tells me he donated it to Purple Heart last week, he thought we wanted to donate it. I am so sorry about this, I feel horrible. I’m going to cancel the order and if there’s anything I can do to make up for this inconvenience please let me know. So sorry again!

trinhie03 @fashionistareem it’s totally okay!!! It was not meant to be and someone else needed the coat more than I did! Don’t be embarrassed! It happens and I’m glad someone get a warm coat :) if I find anything else I like in your closet, I will let you know lol but again it’s totally fine!!! No biggie
