lovella1965 The lady working at the post office was new and returned it . Our mail here is all messed up due to some of the post offices closing so it don't come direct it's shipped all over the place . I posted a different address on here if you could please send it back . I will be more than happy to pay whatever needs to be paid . Sorry for all the confusion !!
