trishyrishyroo @kristen1220 You know what, I don't really sell too many bras, but I just went to "shop" for bras, and then narrowed it to only what has been sold. LOTS of gently used bras sell on here. Doesn't hurt to put it up, I would just make sure to be clear about any flaws and that it isn't new. Best of luck to you! <3

It's hard to find a balance because I want to sell for under retail, so everything is a bargain in my closet while I can make a couple bucks too. It helps to find brands that fit my athestic and then search for sales online. I'm still learning where to look and haven't gone wholesale/boutique yet! Hope that helps!

trishyrishyroo Hi @wildtimetoys! I mostly resale items I find on deep sales, so that buyers also get a good discount too. I don't use the boutique option on here for two reasons (1) I see wholesale portal boutique items on Posh over and over, and so the pricing/competition is kind of nuts to sell them - and I hope my closet is somewhat unique; (2) there are rules about being boutique I don't want to do, like model my items, and I think that reselling NWT...

trishyrishyroo @wildtimetoys... does not technically qualify - it's specifically for selling items bought wholesale. Because I don't sell boutique, I can't be sure how reselling NWT compares to it. I do notice that some buyers do not notice that items are NWT, and expect the same pricing as if they were used clothing, but that's on them not me! Many people do value new clothing, and do not act this way, so it's not everyone! My thought is that there are millions of Posh users and thousands and thousands...

trishyrishyroo @wildtimetoys... of sales are made daily on here. There are people that want to buy your items, they just have to see them at the right time. I think it's just good old fashioned elbow grease to sell, gotta put in the hours being active and they will see your stuff. Remember that the default order when shopping on Posh is by most recently shared, so you have to share your own items to get it up in the search results for shoppers. I am still learning new stuff on Posh all the time though!

You can find them on your phone by clicking "About" by the Posher's name, and then click "Meet the Posher >>" - some people delete theirs though or some people make whole new listings, so this doesn't always work. Mine is always at the bottom of my available listings if you just scroll down too.

5starfinds Trish - what you can do is let's say for example the sweater I dropped from $39 to 35. But then the price drop goes into effect. Because maybe this is an item you are only making $5. create a new listing of the particular size. Ask the buyer to ' like ' it and then drop back to $35. Sometimes it triggers the drop. make the existing listing temporarily ' not for sale'. Can also work for bundling. Make it $100, when you have agreed on 90$. Also discounted shipping never works on offers.

trishyrishyroo @ajtilley87 When a seller drops the price of an item 10% or more Poshmark gives buyers a chance to get discounted shipping for one hour! It is usually $4.99 unless the item is very high in price. So for the bundle, I would make a custom listing that incudes both items, list it at a higher price, and then drop it to our agreed upon amount and the discounted shipping will automatically kick in!

That way they don't pay shipping for each item. It's awesome! Also, when a buyer creates a bundle, it allows the seller to send them an exclusive offer if the seller chooses to.

I recommend reading the guide to Poshmark and pursuing the FAQs when getting started on here. 😊

trishyrishyroo @sale7sale 😊 That's just the part of the email I screenshot'ed. Basically once you've been active and hit certain stats with sales and shares, you qualify for the program. It matches you with other Poshers, and it's awesome! You can find your Posh Ambassador stats under the main menu (your username/pic), click on your stats from your phone and then click on the ambassador stats from there, or on the computer click on my purchases or sales and you'll see stats on the left sidebar.

That's super awesome that you have become a Posh Ambassador! 😁 You are correct - you don't really have to do anything but keep your Posh Ambassador Stats up, so keep being wonderful and you'll have no issues! 💞 To change your name, you need to edit your profile. On both your phone or computer, if you click on your closet, then Edit Profile at the top over your cover photo, you can make those changes there.

You cannot change your username (the one with the @ symbol) because it is tied to your account. I also wish I made a more thoughtful user name than a goofy nickname, but oh well!

trishyrishyroo @aslovich People use "!" to put their profile at the top of the list when someone clicks on who another person follows or other types of lists like that because they are in alphabetical order. I don't think it helps that much vs old fashioned sharing sharing sharing, but a lot of people do it to get a little increase in visibility. I hope all that info helps! trishyrishyroo @mish_tosh You change the order of the items in your closet by sharing them. The most recently shared item will be on top. I map out how I want to display my items because I like it to be organized and all my solds at the bottom, so they don't get in the way. When people go to your closet to share back or shop, you will want your featured items at the top, so it gives you some control over what is more likely to be sold.

aslovich Hello sweetest PFF, mentor and personal posh idol! 🤗. I’m debating doing some wholesale shopping.. what are your thoughts on boutiques vs closets? I notice you have listings with various sizes but not a boutique. Are there cons to boutiques? Does it make it harder to sell your own closet items? I might be getting ahead of myself😅.

trishyrishyroo @aslovich I don't use the boutique option on here for three reasons (1) there is a bit of a problem of over saturation sometimes where you see the same wholesale item in so many closets so it's super competitive to sell those hot items; (2) there are rules about being boutique I don't want to do, like model my items; and (3) personally I think the portal is overpriced most of the time... Lots of Poshers sell NWT items as boutique even though they should't because they did not buy them wholesale.

However it looks like a lot of people have great success and love the wholesale portal, I'm just not one of them so I can't speak to that. You should ask someone else on the other side of the coin that has a boutique what they like about it. 😊

trishyrishyroo @treasures2luv So I just tried on my size and a half size up to compare. First, I have slightly wide feet, but I would say they fit neither wide or narrow. It seemed like both sizes fit until I tried walking, the half size up sort of felt more like it wanted to come off my foot than the other, so it does provide more room without looking like it's way too big.
