andrealane1984 Hello. I am so sorry to see you were unhappy with your purchase. I have never had a problem in the past and I would like to rectify this. The cardigan is supposed to be slouchy (runs bigger on purpose) I also wash all my items in woolite I do use unstopables in wash scent boosters. I feel horrible you are unhappy with your purchase.

chiveblossom2 I've have two other of these cardigans, so I'm familiar with the style. This one was just so stretched out and seemed more worn than I would have assumed from the photo. I do appreciate your concern. It happens when you can't actually see and touch the item.
