@pomeara77 oh my gosh, I apologize. I would like to do what I can to make your experience with ordering from my closet better. I’ve personally never had an item be delivered damaged . I have received damaged earrings in the past. So I completely understand. Please let me know what I can do to make this better for you.

Hello Trish 👋 Thank you so much for your purchase. I just wanted to let you know that I will be shipping your order Thursday morning. I am working from home because of the quarantine due to COVID-19. I am having issues printing labels. My husband will print out all my labels for this week tomorrow after work so I will hand the packages to the mailman Thursday morning. I normally ship within a day but because of the pandemic/quarantine is a little more difficult.
