modestmystique @bookbuiltkids yes! I enjoy Cindy Rollins who I heard of on RAR. We began reading aloud by using Sonlight, but I have diverted now we use Ambleside Online. Currently we are reading The Wise Woman by George MacDonald. Hoopla and Overdrive through the public library are wonderful resources. Kayray.org is a site where a lady does a wonderful job reading aloud and covers many goodies. My younger daughters enjoy it. What has been your favorite read aloud?

bookbuilthome @modestmystique fun! Do you like ambleside better than Sonlight? We started Sonlight Core A this year. I love George Macdonald! I have his complete collection of short stories and have read the wise woman. Favorite Read Aloud so far.... love James Herriots stories!
