2ndlovexxx @trishdigges Hi Trish. Your parcel was collected on Friday by the wrong courier. I notified them and Poshmark. Your area is out of Sendle’s delivery area but it was collected with my other parcels anyway? I was informed that the parcel would be returned to me to resend or they would drop it off at the correct depot? I haven’t heard back from them yet so I’m hoping we may get a tracking notice today? Many apologies. I will contact them again and I will update you ASAP. Thank you. Hana

2ndlovexxx @trishdigges Hi Trish. I’m sorry I haven’t heard anything back yet? The courier has stated “unable to collect” (because it had already been collected! 😡) on the day with other parcels I booked by another courier. I spoke with a rep from Sendle last Friday and was assured it would be sorted? I will contact Poshmark and get back to you when I receive a reply. Thanks again for your patience. Hana 😬

trishdigges @2ndlovexxx Thanks Hana, not sure why Sendle are saying they don’t deliver to my area. I have had two other deliveries via them this month. I was sent an email from sendle to say that collection couldn’t be completed and a tracking number but then it tells me it’s not tracked, so a little confused.

2ndlovexxx @trishdigges I know Trish. Not only confusing but infuriating. I have not heard back from Sendle. I’m corresponding with Poshmark who may have more influence dealing with Sendle? There is no tracking number because they don’t know where your parcel is? If it is classed as a lost parcel you will receive a full refund. If it turns up after the fact then that is your lucky delivery day and I hope that happens for you. Will update you when I hear from Poshmark. Hana 😣
