Hi! I noticed that you gave me a 4 rating.In order for me to be a better Posher, could please help me to know exactly why you gave me a 4? I washed them in the washing machine before mailing them, I packed the sneakers with tissue paper, I mailed them the next day, and I put a thank you card in the box, thanking you for your purchase. So will you please help me be better by letting me know what else could I have done to receive a 5 star rating? Thank you so much!
