carlan22 I just received a notification that the necklace you bought from me is not as described. I am baffled and completely confused. This is a beautiful necklace and it was never worn. I took it out of the box, took the pictures and sent to you once you purchased. I am new at this but trying my best to describe the items exactly as they are. I am truly sorry that you are not happy with your purchase, can you please tell me what is wrong?

carlan22 @trishsugarek - I am so sorry! No I did not see the picture. I can promise you it happened during delivery. Is it broken or did a loop just come apart. I also just purchased a J. Crew necklace from another Posher this week and it looked broken as well, but it had come apart, so I just hooked it back in place.

Crew necklaces, and I hope you can find another one you love. From now on I will wrap them in bubble wrap first. Truly sorry for the inconvenience and heartache!
