chelly1953 After the purchase of beautiful Kate Spade block heels, (I am embarrassed to say) I re-read the description and realized that they have 4" heels. Having learned that it is difficult for me to wear them that high anymore, I have stressed half the night trying to decide what to do. Is there anyway that you can cancel this order?

fashionartista @chelly1953 don’t worry it’s no problem, you can cancel this on your end I think, check with posh if you need to know how. I’ve never done it but can’t find anything on my end ;)

chelly1953 @fashionartista Thank you so much for your understanding. There are two options: 1. Don't mail it and after 7 days I will be able to cancel the order. Or 2. Go into the order, look for "problems or inquiry", open it and you should find an option to cancel it immediately. Thank you again and have a blessed evening.🌻

fashionartista @chelly1953 I’m pretty sure not sending will effect my great history for fast shipping. Canceling as the seller also is frowned upon by Poshmark cause there’s no way to let them know it was at buyers request. Also, I learned I have to start all over with the listing and they are already wrapped so I’d have to unwrap retake pics etc. are you sure you can’t just follow thru and relist if they don’t work for you? Who knows they are gorgeous and you may fall in love with them ;)

chelly1953 @fashionartista Nevermind, it was my mistake anyway. Just don't understand why you believe that canceling the sale also cancels the listing(?) Anyway, how do they say, "we pay for our mistakes". Have a blessed night.

chelly1953 UPDATE : FYI: I just canceled an order per customer request as a courtesy. Poshmark has a comment area where the seller can indicate the reason for the cancellation of the sale. I just simply wrote "canceled per customer request". Thought you might to know for the future. 😊

lindaagin Hi - you just purchased a Free People top from me. I live in Connecticut & we just had a horrible storm and haven’t had electricity since a Tuesday afternoon. I am currently at Panera’s where I can get WiFi in order to send you this message. I will not be able to get your purchase out to you until our power is back.
