luvamocha Hi! I just wanted to let you know there is a way to cancel an item that was purchased from your closet instead of shipping it. It’s in the same area as where you check that you have packaged and shipped the item at the bottom- problems/order inquiry and then cancel order in the drop down. Then you can select reason- item damage is listed as a reason. I appreciate the refund! Happy Poshin!
