smv1957 Hello again...I’ve measured the narrowest point of the dress on the skirt (floral fabric) from side to side, unstretched and its 16.5”. The waist is expandable with the stretchy side panels seen in picture 3 of my listing. Those stretchy side panels run the skirt length for addt room.
