Hi! Good morning ☀️ I’m getting a bit concerned that the purse is mot tracking. I’m sorry that I just noticed this, my step mother of 42 years passed the same day I shipped. I always take photos of the package in my mailbox. And all of my other sales are tracking. I have that photo and I’m going to reach out to poshmark today regarding this issue. In gratitude 🌎☮️🦋🙏🏽❤️

Hi Trisha! Wow! I’m not sure if you’ve ever purchased anything on Poshmark before but this is not a normal transaction at ALL!!!! I reached out to customer service the same day I said I would and received a message the following day saying they marked it as shipped(even though it wasn’t tracking) and if it didn’t start tracking within 5 days to reach back out!!!! I had planned on waiting 2 days yet it began tracking 😳

. I provided them with the photo of your package in my mailbox which was dated the same day you purchased it, the morning I put shipped! I still do not know why you have not received your purchase! Usually it will say due to weather delays yet it is not saying that. I truly in all of my years selling on Posh, have never experienced anything like this ☹️. I ship same or next day as my ratings reflect. I’m so very sorry for whatever is going on. In gratitude, peace, unity and love 🌎☮️🦋🌀🙏🏽❤️
