packmanpickin Hey i wanted to reach out personally apologize for the many mistakes i made on your order ..first the wrong piece was sent, second i am a farely new reseller ..especially glassware i thought i did enough..clearly not..it broke, and third i am not sure if you can see my comment on the case but i will improve my process from this! i am truly sorry for the waste of time, energy, and getting ur hopes up. trista_hale @packmanpickin thank you! I did see your reply! I totally understand. It did seem like it was packaged well so I’m not sure what happened. Maybe next time ask the PO to stamp “fragile” on the box a few times. I would like to order that other bowl with the two handles if you still have it.
