tcer1 @mwop I tried but it seems to have been re routes already. We live in a small town and it goes through the larger city first. I called the local but It seems to have never made it out of the city post office. I will try to call the city one now and keep you posted. If not I can give you my address directly if you would like.

mwop @tcer1 So sorry this has all happened. Can you request a cancel order now? Promise will not take any money until this is sorted out. I just can’t do anything on my end. Cancel order or do refund. If you could just not accept item it would be the easiest. Sorry this is all bonkers.
