Hi, I received a box from posh I opened it thinking it was something else I purchased. When I opened it it was a lot of two faced products (;which I love 2faced ) I think you sent these to me in error. I was suppose to get urban decay lipcolors and 2face eyeliner. I opened the product boxes of each but I did not use them. Please let me know how you want me to proceed?

@holidaysells No not at all. I'm fighting a terminal disease. I'm dying. I had a major stroke that left me paralyzed. I am a registered nurse if 16 years in the emergency room. I have a 5 year old who is the product of a brutal rape making it me being ALL he has. I work 24/7 desperately trying to do whatever I can to be able to leave something behind for my baby. This is not just a bad day. This is absolute devastation.

Yes, it was accidentally sent to your address but even you said you knew it wasn't yours and was an accident that I made with swapping packages. When you make an order for a couple small products and received a huge package filled with complete makeup collections even you said you knew that it wasn't yours. Even you said that you knew instantly what had happened. I just didn't understand why you would open everything up and go through everything.

Hi Tristen, I wish I were better at picking the right tones of makeup. I joined last year for Thanksgiving, so only have a few sales under my belt too. Been trying to move out of my parent's house all year. Are there any exclusions to your 5 for 25 sale? Buyers need to stay within one brand, correct? I would love your advice on these newer brands since I heard Milk is a new sephora owned brand, and you also carry a few others, which would be a new experience for me.

@liledeglace I don't know that you would be interested in a resale bundle if you aren't looking to expand. I sell a lot of them in my other store. Seeing that I spend around a grand or more per week, I get a lot of great deals. A resale bundle is a bundle that you spend a dollar or two per product. Which means if you sell the products as little as 5 dollars, the profits are great

@brianamcgann I had a stroke that left me paralyzed so I do my shipping through UPS. I dropped all my packages off from the weekend yesterday so they will begin to track sometime today. I always add extras because my packages do take a full 24 hours to begin their journey.

@liledeglace If you go to your home screen and scroll down you will see where it says Posh Stats. Click on that and you will see a list and a percentage of how close you are. You have to have so many products, shares, sales, 4 or 5 star store etc... If you can't find it, message me back

@liledeglace The ONLY problem with being an ambassador is the handful of people who will beg for a HUGE discount spending all of 5 dollars just so they can complain and try and effect your ratings. Otherwise, I absolutely love it!!!
