@utmini83 Hi I recently ordered from you. I have been out of town all weekend and just getting back home. I just looked over the purse. I thought it was bigger than that. I seen where it said I had until February 8th to accept the order but I was waiting to see if It is what I ordered or not. It’s very pretty but I thought it was way bigger than that. I just went to decline the purchase and get my money back but it doesn’t give me that option.😱Please y’all me I can still get my money back.

@utmini83 I never accepted the order😬 all it told me was to rate the order so I did I didn’t think that was accepting it! This is the first time getting on the app since I ordered it😩 do you have an email for them that I can email! I hate to have to put you through so much trouble😬

Is ok hun. At the same tab you scroll down to option contact poshmark. Then you can start write them message that's where it start. And they will send you email saying confirm that they receive your message and will respond you.

It's because it's been 3 days and that's the timing posh giving you choice to open case or if you didn't then they will automatically status as 'delivered' . Which means it's too late for open case. 😕

Every buyers have 3 days from the time ordered delivered to open case for return/return if there's a problem such as item not as described or damage items. But I had my measurement in listing. so that's the 2 reasons that most likely posh don't allow u to return it hun.
