steveloder21 Good Afternoon Troy, I'd like to improve the experience for folks buying from my closet. I received a (3) star review on my arc'teryx sweater due to the item's cleanliness. I was shocked when I saw that, since I wash, thoroughly inspect and fold all of my items before listing them. Was the packaging I sent partially opened or damaged? Thats my best guess on how the item would be less than clean. Thank you Troy, Steve
