fabulouso @troysprinkle Hi. I went to my local post office on Friday and spoke to a supervisor. I waited 20 minutes to speak with her all for her to tell me in a very nonchalant manner that it is the Holiday and I should expect delays but it should be there by Christmas if it was sent Priority Mail before Dec 15th.

fabulouso @troysprinkle I also sent a message to Poshmark support and they stated it would need to be 5 days with no update before they could do anything. In Transit Arriving Late as of Dec 18th is considered an update. So I would have to give it until December 23rd with no additional updates before Poshmark would react.

fabulouso @troysprinkle I sent Poshmark another message and please sit down 1st. They replied back an hour ago stating to expect carrier delays and to follow back up with them if no progress has been made by 1/8/22. I replied back that the package was mailed on 12/10/21 and questioned how the expectation of 30 days is logical, when the package is just sitting. I haven’t heard back. I’m so frustrated.

fabulouso @troysprinkle Hi. The box was underneath the packaging paper and the paperwork with the linen pouch was in the interior zip pocket or either the front slip pocket.

fabulouso @troysprinkle Also, let me know what the box looked like. My local post office got back to me and said the delay could have been due to what is referred to as a “repack” This means the original box was damaged in transit and the merchandise was placed in an area to be repackaged and relabeled. If this was done, they might not have seen the Coach box that was underneath the packaging paper or my Thank you card. Let me know.

troysprinkle @fabulouso I am Troy by the way ;-) no not yet am at my office. I knw the box was full of tissue and the purse was wrapped in tissue paper with bow in center but I dont believe the orig box was in there. But I will chck this eve and let you knw. Thnx so much.

fabulouso @troysprinkle Hi. I’m Alicia. I had the bag wrapped in tissue paper but it was a large box so I had the heavy brown packaging paper underneath and surrounding it. Under the 1st layer of brown packaging paper was the box top and bottom laying flat.
