valentinacha878 Hi there i have some bad news. I went to the post office they said they never received a package from me. I explained my situation and they said it might have gotten lost in the mail. I’m gonna try going later this week to look into it more. So for now I’d suggest cancelling the order because I feel bad having your money in pending, and once this goes back up I’ll let you know. I’m so sorry for this inconvenience I’ll update you as I get info ! Thank you!

robinschroeder @trudyroberts Hi. I see your item (denim shorts) hasn't begun tracking yet and it's been since I think Thursday when I dropped it off in a community box. Sorry about that. Canada Post said that it is due to Covid-19 and delays. It should either start tracking soon or once it is delivered to you the online tracking info will be set to delivered status. I guess someone didn't scan it in at the initial post office visit.
