nw8closet @yourgirltutu Hi again! I appreciate your patience! I sent an inquiry to PM on Friday and just received an email from them today. They said the tracking was last updated on 12/29 and if we don’t see another by 1/8, we should contact them again. A bit frustrating that’s their only response about delays but I’ll keep on top of this.

nw8closet @yourgirltutu Hi again, So it’s now Jan 8th and still no update so I did send Poshmark another email as they requested on this day. I’m truly sorry but it doesn’t look like the robe is going to make it. They’ll have to reimburse you and I. 🙁 I’ll keep an eye out for their response.

nw8closet @yourgirltutu I’m not 100% sure if it’s lost and it may still get delivered to you but it shouldn’t be taking this long. Usually Poshmark reimburses the buyer and the seller after 10 days but b/c of the pandemic and holidays, they were waiting a little longer. But now we’ve reached that point where I think we’ll both get reimbursed. I’ll keep an eye out for their response. If they do reimburse us And then the robe shows up at your place, you keep both, the reimbursement and robe...

nw8closet @yourgirltutu Heard from PM today regarding your robe. They said since it stopped tracking, it’s probably lost so they have reimbursed us both. Hope you see that somewhere and also hope you still end up getting the robe some day...😊
