ireneferri Hello! I just purchased a pair of Dansko size 11 from you and realize they are size 41 not the 42 size that I wear. could I please cancel the order? So sorry, there was a mix up as there are another pair of the exact same Dansko's for sale in 42 so I ordered too quickly without making sure it was the right ones!!! Thank you! Irene

thrifty_teacher @ireneferri oh no! That’s such a bummer! I think you can go into your purchases, and click on a button that will take you to a cancel order option. I’ll hold off on bringing the shoes to the post office so you can do that.

ireneferri @thrifty_teacher Thanks so much! I just tried and the only way I can cancel is by waiting a week (November 3 ) then selecting "Item not shipped" then "Cancel order"
