Afternoon Twila! First, I apologize for your dissatisfaction. I posted it a a sheer blouse. The tank was just extra to wear under the blouse. It seemed much too short to me to wear as a dress that’s why it was posted with the jeans behind it. Again, I would never send anyone a garment with holes. I never seen the hole but would be glad to refund you your money or mail you something else. However, I would gladly accommodate you but no I never noticed any defects in the blouse.

Hey there! I’m not sure whats going on with the shipping! I’m in a smaller town without a post office and your package was dropped off at a convenience location. I took the morning off to stop by and make sure they were given to the Post office ( I had an issue once before last year).
