@classytye can you explain the 4 star rating you gave the tote you purchased from me? You purchased it on Dec 8 and mailed it the next mailing day, Dec.9. You listed the mailing time as a reason for your lower rating but that makes no sense at all. Also the item description? What was wrong with the item description? The item was brand new never used. I know you do not sell on Poshmark but to those of us that do our ratings are important to us and I feel like yours was very inaccurate. 😕

@janellybell I'll apologize I am new to this. I really didn't mean anything, to put that item description thing. I believe the situation was misunderstood, so I really thought I had to select something. Normally I don't even respond to these comments. Although I didn't recieve the item until Wednesday or Thursday evening but everything is ok..Thank u
