@ksprowl thanks for reaching out I actually have a question. I made an offer yesterday but then found out the item doesn’t have a box the seller said she don’t know how to cancel so it’s just there sitting nothing has shipped yet. I wrote to contact center but no respond yet can you help

@ttye if the item is not shipped after 3 days Poshmark will give you the option to cancel it. How long has it been since the offer was accepted?

@ttye Okay, if it gets shipped to you and the listing states that there is a box but it does not have the box when you receive it then you'll be able to apply for a refund because that would mean the item was not as described.
