callielives Hi! I'm not sure why the Post Office believes the hat was delivered and you're saying otherwise. But what did I do to deserve one star? The rating system should not be used for potential errors on the part of the USPS. But, I still appreciate your business regardless of the low rating. Have a great weekend. 🌈

tyishiaridge @callielives are you going to issue a refund or resend it? I am not sure how handle my missing delivered purchase as this is my first purchase on this site. I tried to remove the rating, do you know how? I didn't mean to put it there if it was not necessary to get in touch with you the seller. Nothing personal.

callielives Hello. Sellers cannot issue refunds. You should be able to contact PM's customer service for further assistance. I'm not sure how this case will be handled. PM might ask that you contact your local post office. I have been selling online since 2005 and I've never seen the USPS mark something delivered in error... But stranger things have happened. By the way, Welcome to Poshmark. Sorry your first purchase resulted in a bad experience due to our US postal service. 🙁
