Hi Tynthia , I just read the rating for the brooks brothers red heels , I wanted to make sure you were aware that if not happy w a purchase you have the option to return if you feel the item was misrepresented . I am puzzled as the shoes were impeccable and most definitely never worn but for trying on. They had belonged to my mom and she never had chance to wear . They appear exactly the way they did in the pics .
I am sorry you feel differently and disappointed .

I understand that to many it’s unappealing to pit used shoes on your feet but I can assure you that other than random trying on in Macy’s
They have not been worn . Next time maybe just return . Although might take a few days you would get full amount of your money back .
