pauladowning @samantha65876 will you be a Officer? Be Fair Firm. And Consistent. At all times. Never let a offender stand within 3 feet of you and never at your Back. Treat them with Respect and they will respect you. I started in High Security Expansion Cell Block. These offenders will never get out and didn't care and was in the cell 23 hours a day at Rec time they was striped searched and cuffed and escorted to the Seg Rec yard. Don't ever bend down in front of a cell
