hauteresale @un11verse11 Hi again! Just measured the coat at armpits and couple inches below. Measured flat the armpit to armpit is 21 inches and couple inches below is 22 inches. Since it is a swing style coat the hips are 25 inches. Hope this helps you.

un11verse11 @hauteresale Happy New Year to you as-well. Btw, we (my gf & I) have been looking at "Women's Size Charts" online and have found that "25 inches" for hips don't seem to exist? 2XS are somewhere near 33-34 inches (I'm just bring this up because we really like this coat). Is 25 inches waist half or all the way around the hips?

hauteresale @un11verse11 Sorry if I did not explain this properly. The measurements are taken flat meaning I measured across the coat while it is flat on the surface. You can double that measurement to get the size. So the coat is 50 inches at the hips. It’s a full swing style so your GF will fit most likely. Note the picture of the mannequin. The measured flat is standard on Poshmark. Hope this helps you. Please feel free to ask any questions you have. That is what I am here for. 😊

hauteresale @un11verse11 No worries! It is very confusing at first to wrap your head around these measurements. The reason is the sizes from various manufacturers as well vintage and European designers are all different. I suggest that a Buyer use measurements from their own closet to compare with measurements on this site. 😊
