I just would like to know why you rated one star? and commented "not delivered? the tracking info reflects it was delivered to your address. i take pride, in every package I send, it was hand delivered to the post office with tracking. this concerns me. I'm going to email posh.

I don't want my customers dissatisfied. as you know I can't control the mail service once it's scanned and leaves my hands. one star isn't fair on my end..I have a five star rating, and no one has ever complained. I'm sorry for your experience.
