geminigewlss @ritch88 Sorry but that is not an authentic Coach Bennet Satchel. The logo pattern on that one is completely offcenter, which is a dead giveaway for a fake. Bennets also don't have a creed patch since they're accessory items. The fact that one does is also a dead giveaway for a fake. The people that were called "dumb" are professional Coach authenticators & definitely know what they're talking about. It'll be reported & flagged soon enough.

I can only assume that's well known, which is why I was blocked after merely questioning authenticity. 😂🤣 Even if it were authentic, it's in terrible condition & barely functional with the strap like that. False claims of it being "Authentic" smells like a deliberate scam. Buyer beware.

mvarta00 @geminigewlzz so the large bucket bag I bought myself in the 70s so idk how that cannot be real. The small one was one my sister bought me for graduation in 1979. The grey one was my daughters. I will take it to someone here but I personally bought the larger one so that would be the strangest thing that ever happened to me. I also searched online because I forgot the name and found the exact same bag with the same ending numbers in multiple reputable stores that sell vintage.

I'll be notified and then be able to find your listing to authenticate. Make sure you have nice, clear photos, inside and out and especially a clear, closeup pic of the Creed patch inside.

geminigewlss @poshdreamer36 well, there's many reasons actually. Usually it's to give the seller a second opinion from another expert, which is what @houseof999 is. She's also very well educated in the vintage line (pre 1994) which is another reason I call on her since my area of expertise lies more with post 1994 Coach. It's not because I don't already know what her answer will be but it helps in my effort to cease the liars and scammers having another pro chime in.

geminigewlss @loisbrown502 Thank you. That's what I thought. Model #5659 is actually for the Hamptons Signature Scribble tote bag, not an optic crossbody. That serial number is actually the most commonly used on fakes, which is what that crossbody is I'm afraid. Fake bags have fake patches so it's always best to never assume. 💗💗

geminigewlss @jenellbee Ok, that black crossbody is not authentic due to the outer pattern being uneven & off-centered, hardware is wrong, stitching is crooked, patch says made in the US but signature & patchwork bags never were, also says made out of glove tanned cowhide but it's canvas, interior lining is wrong & no creed would end with "1941".

geminigewlss @vi_oneplace Poshmarks counterfeit rules can be found under their policies and you can look up penalties for manufacturing and/or selling counterfeits thru the Federal Trademark & Counterfeit Act. Everything is publicly available. No selling platform allows the sale of replicas, which is why the REPLICA option is always at the top of options when you report something. Hope that helps. 💗

geminigewlss @rjulian904 It's always best to double check, shop around & do extra research. Especially on platforms like this who only give you 72hrs & sales are final. Very risky buying luxury items that way. Thats why I used to try to reach out as much as possible. Not so much now though cause its been proven MANY TIMES that helpers suffer far more than the scammers, liars & thieves. I've seen experts lose their entire closet for helping Posh enforce THEIR OWN policy & for messing with their profit. Smh.

geminigewlss @designersrule Shipping is expected within 4 days of purchase. As I stated, we have scheduled pickups 3x a week. Once a label is printed, its marked shipped since its packaged & awaiting pickup. It's how we've organized inventory & shipments for 20yrs so it's nothing I'm going to change. Once its scannec, then it will show tracking. Believe me, I wish it hadn't been picked up yet cause I gladly would've cancelled. It was shipped within the time frame tho so guess you're just gonna have to wait.
