unjalee1014 @mochichu hello! I’m so sorry I’m just now seeing this. I was new to Poshmark at the time. The heel of the shoes arrived popped in which left a permanent dent in the heel. (Not that comfortable!) They also appeared to be a bit more worn than in the pictures. I think maybe the heel damage happened in shipping, so in the future, shipping with a shoe box and stuffing the inside of the shoes would be helpful! No worries though, and again, sorry for the extremely late reply!!
