herroyalmomness @ushanara I am having issues with our new mail lady, I hope to have this mailed to you tomorrow. I usually ship next day but this hasn't been an easy transition with her. I've had your package ready to go since you ordered! I have put in several complaints already and they are supposed to be fixing this.

herroyalmomness @ushanara I told you I have a problem with the mail lady, I had your package ready to go and I messaged you. I don't think it's fair rating the item as you did. I am working with the post office to have this taken care of, would you like the case number? I take my ratings and customer satisfaction very seriously and as a buyer you probably don't know how big of an impact ratings make.

herroyalmomness @ushanara not sure if you got my message so I'm following up. Also, I wanted to point out the post office was closed for holiday one day last week as well which didn't help. I work very hard on Poshmark because this is currently my only income and my rating impacts my sales and how customers view my closet. Please get back to me regarding this.
