senorachic @justine_steph Hi. I have a question... Someone made an offer 2 hours ago and then canceled offer an hour ago. Am I supposed to reply immediately? I was out with my family at the movies and can’t check my phone. Or is that they had 2nd thoughts and changed their mind. 🤷🏻‍♀️

justine_steph @senorachic Buyers aren’t technically supposed to be able to change their minds unless it’s been 7 or more days since they ordered and nothing was shipped; but I’ve had a few cancellations myself and I’m uncertain why it happens. I wish I had a better answer, but you absolutely did nothing wrong- it’s such a bummer tho to think you made a sale and then it’s reversed. Best wishes on many speedy sales soon!

senorachic @justine_steph Hello Justine, it’s me again. Question: my mail carrier picked up my priority box on Tues., however USPS has not scanned the box according to Poshmark. I spoke with my carrier today and she confirmed the pick up and delivery to our Las Vegas USPS Office. I reached out to my seller to update her on the package. Any advice on how to handle this 🤷🏻‍♀️ Thank you, -V

justine_steph @senorachic Wow that’s a long delay- I’ve had problems with handing my pkgs & watch them be scanned yet they don’t show up right away, but 2 days was the longest and that was only 1x. You should contact Posh through the Sold listing near the bottom and let them know. They will help with these situations - if you have a receipt with a tracking number then be sure to include that and you can use USPS.com to check the # b/c it shows up with them before Posh
