angelcake4me @heff7780 I am just as confused about the situation. I have tried contacting Poshmark support a few times and USPS with the tracking number but nothing has come of either. If you wouldn’t mind telling Poshmark that there’s a problem with the order, see what they say, and I would be more than happy to send you another hat of your choice free of charge
