yshundral @valprincipe I wasn't being rude! I am under the impression that you are willing to negotiate the price! The post does state "Make an offer". Silly me for thinking that you would consider a reasonable offer! My offer was $10 less than what you asked.

valprincipe @yshundral I consider and accept reasonable offers. I don’t consider an offer of $20 on a $40 listing (which by the way is a difference of $20) to be reasonable, sorry. While I have sold other shoes for $20, they all retailed for 1/4 of the ones you put the same offer in on. Please keep in mind that posh also take a 20% cut. Thanks for understanding.

valprincipe @yshundral out of my own curiosity, why are you so upset that the listing price was raised when you weren’t going to be a buyer at my lowest price? especially when I gave you a counteroffer that was half that of the new list price? I was running a sale and the price shown was already my lowest. the shoes are in flawless condition and sell for much more elsewhere.

yshundral @valprincipe I'm not upset. You had the shoes listed at $40. I offered $20 in the hopes of a price negotiation. I NEVER expected you to agree to $20! I wanted to meet some where in the middle...somewhere around $30. Your counter offer was $2 less than asking price.

valprincipe @yshundral ok I understand that you are new to posh now. I have added a percentage off chart you might find helpful. many people will accept offers in the yellow or green. many people do not haggle on price so their counteroffer will be their lowest and they will be offended by and not entertain low ball offers. just some friendly advice. I’m sorry this didn’t work out! xo
