cinderellison I am so sorry the Christmas planter tray was chipped when you received it. I’d be happy to see if I have another tray to send to you as a replacement. I pride myself in wrapping everything extra well, as you can see from my ratings/reviews. I’ve received broken items so I understand.Once an item is with the carrier, I have to expect that they will take as much care in shipping & delivering as I did in wrapping. victoria2808 I had to remind you to accept the package after it was delivered so I coukd get paid and now 3 weeks later you want to complain about the quality and give me a bad rating ??? I have video of the condition I sent it in . How do I know you didnt cause the damage ?

You have a pretty bad reaction when all I asked was the kind of paint you covered it in? I hope other people don't purchase from someone like yourself. Bad business
