photoro You bought an item, there are detailed pictures of this item. It is costume jewelry for $9. Why would you leave a bad review? Your comment “you expected higher quality”. For $9 you expected what? What a huge bummer. I have never received a bad review. You should have not accepted the item and returned it, not mess up my ratings.

atlval @photoro Think about it. It is not a bad review. It is an honest review. The picture looks like dept. store quality. The item is of less quality material. I actually paid 17 dollars including shipping for less than stellar material. 3 stars is actually passing. I'm giving my honest opinion. 9 dollars was too much for the material it's made of, plus in your letter something fell off and you added something to make it look better. If defective it was on you to notify and not ship out.

photoro @atlval I believe in transparency is the best policy. I restore antiques and antique or vintage jewelry and trinkets. When I was mailing out your package, I thought that something was missing so I added that little crystal. I do not know if anything belonged there at all. I wasn’t the original owner. I bought these from a vintage bundle. I appreciate you considering to change your review. restoring these pieces is therapeutic to me, and I don’t care about the money. If you want I can refund u.
