jadeca77 Hey, sorry to hear about the shoes. When I shipped them they were in like new condition. They have been kept in a clear plastic shoe box. I had no inclination there were any issues whatsoever with them or I wouldn’t have sold them. After googling what may have caused the issue the most frequent answer was heat related. It should be an easy and cheap fix. In the meantime if you find something else you would like as a replacement.

valencia1988 @jadeca77 thank you for the reply. I was super shocked when I received it everything looked amazing. My niece and I both wore a pair in the mall and I was in the dressing room and noticed mine had came apart and ended up having to purchase shoes just to leave the store same thing happened to my niece once we made it to the bathroom. Smh all bad. I definitely don't believe it was intentional just very disappointing.
