ourclosetstore @sswafford79 Hello, I have some questions regarding the website. Firstly, I made an offer to one buyer that is interested in two pieces of my closet; however, poshmark is not sending me a notification that the offer was made (like in previous times when I made an offer) I was wondering how can I be sure that the offer was received if I am not receiving any notifications?

ourclosetstore @sswafford79 Also, I have noticed that some buyers have liked my post; however, when I click on the piece they are interested in the likes are not showing so I am unable to make an offer. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks in advance for the help!

sswafford79 @ourclosetstore usually what that is is that they were sharing an item and accidentally hit the like button and then they went back and unliked it. I share a lot of closets and I have done that before. for the seller it is very disappointing and I apologize for being one of those people. but that's what's happening

sswafford79 @ourclosetstore the only thing I can figure on this question is that the buyer unliked the item. otherwise the request should have gone through. usually you will see the request you sent under the news area. go back and double-check those two items and see if they're still marked liked.
