valerielk @mmebickel You are not understanding what the policy is stating. The policy states that if you accidentally made a purchase through the 'offer' button. You did not make this purchase through the offer button, you outright bought the item. As stated in my last comment you will need to contact Poshmark, there is no option on my end to cancel an order because you changed your mind. Poshmark has strict policies . Please contact Poshmark support for further assistance.

Sorry for the random comment, but I saw that you purchased a Tory Burch purse from a seller who I’m thinking of buying from, but saw that you commented that you didn’t receive the strap, was the seller able to send it to you? Also, was the purse authentic? I’m thinking if purchasing the same purse, but this is my first time on Poshmark so just wanna extra sure and careful. Thanks!

valerielk @meliimondragon Completely understand you’re concern. I would not repurchase from the seller, no. The situation turned into a very sketchy one which led me to believe the purse may have not been authentic. Luckily, Poshmark was able to process a refund. I ended up waiting until Tory had a sale and purchased it directly from them.

valerielk Just a word of advice (from my years on Posh), I do not purchase from a seller who has multiples of one item.. especially not handbags or jewelry. The specific seller in questions has multiples of many items.. always check the items the seller has sold in the past (at the bottom of their shop) as well. Hope this helps! xx
