coastigirl @Wildremy Hi, wow.... thank you I am glad you wrote me because I am so confused. I love the site but I am trying to figure out how to work it. I am kind of nervous I bought a dress for $90 and when I went back to the sellers page, all the listings were taken down??? How can I contact her/him to see the status of the dress? If I just got swindled :/ I need to contact my bank. Suggestions? Thank you in advance :)

wildremy Don't worry, you will definitely get your money back if you don't receive the dress! How long ago did you purchase the dress? If it has been more than 7 days I think poshmark should contact you saying the item hasn't shipped yet and will ask you if you want to cancel the transaction.

wildremy Or another way is to go to "my purchases" and click on this purchase. You should see something that says "problems/ order inquiry", click on it and then click "order is delayed" and I think poshmark should contact you. My guess is either this person's account got deleted, or they delete their listings after they are sold (which would be a little weird). I hope that makes sense, and let me know if you have more questions. I'm sorry this happened to you and good luck!!
