makeupbywendy @valmanzar purchased a brown suit from you awhile back. Took to the cleaners and they couldn't remove stains or smell. Would you consider sending me something else to make up for this?

patricia224 @valmanzar Hi Valery- re the Helmut Lang jacket, it was dropped off at the post office on Tues eve but looks like it hasn't been scanned yet by USPS. I just spoke w them and they said theyll it may be processed this morning. If not I will follow up this afternoon to see what's going on. Apologies for the delay!
