I too have received stuff that was just thrown in the box, some even dirty. I don’t know how these ppl get away with it. Anyway, I was really worried about this particular shipment because it was a holiday when I dropped it off and it seemingly took forever to start tracking 😱 So I’m just so happy you finally got it!!
