valmarie33 Good morning @sarahmoran1 . I'm pretty new to Poshmark, and I've only made a handful of purchases. I'm not familiar with the claims. Since I didn't receive one of my items in my bundle, what is the next step? Do I wait for Poshmark to get back to me? Do I do anything more with you directly? On another note, I am very happy with the items I did receive, so, thank you! :)

belotek I don't usually do this but I will make an exception this time if you promise to fulfill your end of the agreement. I will put them on hold until in the morning so no one else purchases any of your items in the bundle. If this is okay with you let me know and I will put those four items on hold for you, but please follow through with our agreement. Let me know if that is agreeable with you.
