Good Morning! Thank you for purchasing the Express Faux Leather Jacket 2 weeks ago. I sent it out the next day and it was scanned, but is not tracking properly. I have reached out to Posh Support this morning. They will get back with me within 24 hours. My hope is it will be getting to you shortly, I know USPS is getting slammed right now.

Poshmark is considering this a lost package. You will get refunded and I will also get paid. I hope that it will eventually find its way to you. I’ve read sometimes it can take several weeks. I’m so sorry this happened, I know you would have loved it.

Hi there 😊, thank you for your purchase on 12/23 . The item was shipped 12/24 and arrived 12/26 . The tracking says a note was left to redeliver the item 12/30 . Did you receive it ?
