I didn’t know the process re: my first transaction. If you are happy with your purchase the next step is to “accept” it. I actually had a situation where this girl bought my Dooney & Bourke backpack, took it on vacation & RUINED the strap then returned it to me saying she was unsatisfied with the condition of my bag. I was furious. UNACCEPTABLE. Again, the process re: sales is not readily obvious anywhere on their site. I’m sure you are more than satisfied with this great new purse, enjoy! 😄💝

Hi Valerie 😀 thank you for your purchase of the Ralph Lauren bag. I apologize it wasn’t wrapped better and the thank you was left out the box. I had to switch mailing boxes at the post office with 5 minutes left until they closed on Saturday. Thank you again 😀
