laurencagen Hi Valerie, I am sorry you were not pleased with the Vera Bradley necklace, but I am confused. It is brand new, all I did was put it in that cute pouch for you so it would be a nice presentation upon you opening it. Maybe the circles overlapped while it was in the pouch but once you straighten them out (because I did this to make sure), they are fine. No peices are missing, it has never been worn or used. valerierodgers @laurencagen I'm sorry about the confusion. I totally believe what you are saying, but try to understand that I received the necklace in pieces and couldn't figure out how to put it back together.

valerierodgers @laurencagenMy friend figured it out and I made sure that Poshmark knew. I told them to please charge me and they did (they originally refunded me). I made sure they knew that it had most likely happened in shipping even though you had packages it carefully. If there is a way to change my rating/review, please let me know how and I will change it.
