mollieandbeck Hi. You purchased a vintage coach bag from me. I wanted to personally apologize for the mistakes. I take full responsibility. I hired a helper and she did in fact try to "make the bag" look better. I run a few small businesses and didn't know she sent it out like this. I can't apologize enough. I wish that we could direct message on here but it wasn't an option. Again,I am sorry and I would have refunded you asap had it not been thru Poshmark as they didn't give me that option. Again I am sorry.
